Darkroom is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing paid media strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing data to drive results for a portfolio of high-growth U.S. brands. You'll report to the Managing Director of Growth and own campaign builds, optimization, and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive new user acquisition and leads.
- Conduct thorough brand, website, and competitive audits to identify marketing opportunities.
- Manage between 5-10 paid media accounts (including Google/YouTube Ads, Pinterest, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok) with aggregate monthly spends between $25,000 - $1M.
- Utilize platform ad managers, third-party tools, and Google Analytics to develop insights and action items to increase clients' revenues month-over-month.
- Implement real-time and reactionary ad-buying decisions across multiple platforms in response to trends.
- Preemptively develop quarterly strategies for clients based on success metrics, ad spends, YoY performance, and projections.
- Deep dive into competitor research, industry trends, and brand identity to manage client expectations and brainstorm new marketing initiatives.
- Understand full-funnel marketing strategies to ensure new acquisition, list growth, e-commerce, website CRO, retention, and overall client success.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years minimum of paid media advertising experience building high-converting funnels and driving quantifiable results.
- 5+ years minimum managing paid search and paid social advertising for growth clients, or clients spending $100k+ minimum monthly aggregate spend.
- Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing advertisement copy and creative.
- Experience in keyword targeting and audience optimization across multiple platforms.
- Background in creative consultation for successful Paid Social Ads that convert.
- Background in data-derived decision-making and forecasting budgets/spend projections linked to perceived results.
- Experience using Google Analytics to develop insights and report them to stakeholders.
