Directive Consulting is looking for a Paid Media Manager (internally titled Account Strategist, Paid Media) to join our team remotely in Canada. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for day-to-day client deliverables, creating custom strategies, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to execute high-performing Paid Media campaigns for enterprise SaaS businesses.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
- Serve as direct support to client contacts and drive referrals via client relationships and your professional network.
- Build custom strategies for clients each quarter and create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM and understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
- Manage weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements.
- Work directly with an Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved and be responsible for personal productivity and utilization.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency.
- Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
- Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel to make data-driven decisions and measure via OCT.
- Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed.
