RevenueCat is looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to scale our self-serve acquisition engine and lead the execution of paid media campaigns. This role will drive growth by optimizing campaigns for activation and product adoption across a global audience.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end execution and optimization across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
- Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and performance to drive high-volume acquisition with strong ROI.
- Lead ongoing testing of ad copy, formats, and visual creative.
- Build strategies to reach a diverse global audience – from vibe coders to VC-backed startups – across verticals and regions.
- Seek out and experiment with new acquisition tactics and emerging platforms.
- Assess and improve the user journey from signup to full product adoption.
- Design clear, actionable reporting that tracks performance, uncovers trends, and helps the team move fast.
What We're Looking For
- Seasoned expert in paid marketing with 5 years of experience within the B2B or B2D SaaS space.
- Experience in running and scaling paid campaigns, particularly in user acquisition and lead generation.
- Optimize for outcomes rather than vanity metrics, ensuring campaigns impact real product adoption.
- Excited to push boundaries, take big swings, and have fun with messaging and format experimentation.
Nice to Have
- Familiar with international marketing and have experience adapting campaigns for various languages & cultural contexts.

You'll join a remote-first crew of 100+. You will work closely with Cameron, our Demand Generation Lead, who currently owns most of these responsibilities.
