Capital Electric (Cooper Electric Supply, LLC) is hiring an Outside Sales Specialist to drive the sales of electrical products and services to contractors. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, promote our product portfolio, and collaborate internally to support our business goals.
What You'll Do
- Call on electrical contractors to showcase new products and promotions
- Cross-sell and convert competitive products
- Prepare customer quotes and orders
- Collaborate with material management to manage inventory
- Participate in joint sales calls and customer events with vendors and the sales team
- Manage current promotions and communicate details to sales teams
- Set up, track, and manage promotion counters and displays
- Collaborate with the PLS Team on internal improvements and new services
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or G.E.D.; or
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice to Have
- Electrical, contractor, and/or distribution experience

- Annual base salary range: $93,000 - $100,000
