About the Role
As Senior Customer Manager, you will guide and strengthen strategic partnerships within the Card services division, focusing on long-term value creation for key clients in the Nordic and Baltic regions. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between customer goals and service delivery while overseeing contractual, financial, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central relationship lead for a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Manage end-to-end agreement oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and commercial terms
- Lead negotiations on contracts, renewals, and commercial expansions
- Coordinate strategic and tactical customer meetings to align on objectives and progress
- Act as a change facilitator by gathering requirements, preparing estimates, and driving decision-making processes
- Respond to operational inquiries and ensure smooth day-to-day collaboration
- Work within a collaborative, non-hierarchical team environment that values initiative and shared success
What You Bring
- Solid understanding of financial services, particularly payments and card-based solutions
- Strong commercial and technical acumen with a focus on customer value growth
- Fluency in English and either Norwegian or Swedish, both written and spoken
- A proactive, customer-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
- Ability to thrive in a flexible, evolving environment that values curiosity and adaptability
Preferred Background
A university degree or equivalent experience is beneficial but not required. What matters most is your ability to build trust, navigate complexity, and contribute to sustainable customer success.
