AFA American Fidelity Assurance Company is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to manage and expand our worksite insurance portfolio within an assigned territory. In this salaried Account Manager role, you will build on an existing customer base, forging long-term relationships with businesses and developing customized recommendations for their employees.
What You'll Do
- Focus on growing and maintaining existing Business to Business accounts through one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services.
- Consult with current customers to provide value and meet their financial needs.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and association executives.
- Develop customized, needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
- Pursue new account development opportunities within your defined territory.
