Sunsrce is hiring an Outside Sales Account Manager to drive new business development and maintain current accounts in the mobile fluid power sector. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, provide technical support, and partner with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
What You'll Do
- Work with leadership to create a sales plan to develop a prospect list for maintaining current and capturing new business
- Conduct full cycle prospecting activities including lead qualification, cold calls, and sales presentations
- Use your mobile hydraulic sales and product application experience to help customers find solutions for their equipment and operational needs
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals
- Utilize resources and tools such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, and CRM to plan and manage your time and territory
What We're Looking For
- A two- or four-year technical diploma OR equivalent training and experience
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience selling mobile fluid power solutions focused on OEM customers
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- A valid driver's license
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering
- A Fluid Power certification
- Product application and troubleshooting experience with hydraulic systems
