BILL is looking for an SMB Outbound Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be a high-performing team player responsible for outbound prospecting efforts to generate net new business, identifying customer pain points, closing deals, and managing your book of business. What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to generate net new business.
- Identify customer pain points and close business.
- Prioritize and manage your book of business.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of sales experience.
- Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication skills.
- History of quota attainment and/or sales awards.
- Experience making 75+ calls per day.
- Proven track record of being in the top 10% - 20% of your past company.
- Outbound lead sourcing experience (90 to 100% self-generated pipeline).
- Experience with best-in-class tools: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Tableau.
- Cross-collaborative environment experience with both Sales and Implementation/Success teams.
- Experience working with small business owners.
- Experience working with CFOs, Corporate Controllers, and VPs of Finance - or similar professional suite.
- Experience in B2B and SaaS sales.

- San Jose, CA: $100,000-$120,000 USD OTE. Draper, UT: $85,100-$102,100 USD OTE.
