Sacramento location seeks an Outpatient Sales Representative in Therapeutic Nutrition. Primary responsibilities include driving sales by securing Healthcare Professional recommendations in Outpatient settings like Internal Medicine, Primary Care, and Oncology. Key interaction points include bariatric and wound care professionals, physicians, nurses, medical assistants, administrators, and nutrition services. Key Responsibilities: - Execute sales initiatives exceeding established goals - Collaborate with District Manager and cross-functional teams - Identify customer needs and corresponding sales opportunities - Utilize Abbott Nutrition promotional materials strategically - Optimize resource allocation for maximum investment returns - Prioritize and organize activities effectively Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Persuasiveness - Persistence - Strong initiative - Results-oriented mindset - Strategic planning skills - Call point identification - Adaptability - Sales learning agility - Integrity Preferred Qualifications: - 2-3 years sales experience - B2B selling background - Cold-calling expertise - Experience building independent business portfolio - Strong business acumen Additional Details: - Territory: Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto - Customer Base: Internal Medicine (65%), Bariatrics (5%), Oncology (30%) - Travel: Minimal (10% annually - 2-3 meetings) - Relocation: Not offered, local candidates preferred Compensation Range: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 Abbott is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workforce diversity.
