ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative for a remote role supporting a USA client that provides dental care to nursing home residents. Your primary objective will be to engage warm leads and secure sign-ups, working USA hours (EST) to align with the client market.
What You'll Do
- Follow up with warm leads who have shown interest in dental services for nursing homes.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of dental service packages tailored for nursing home residents.
- Use sales skills to encourage potential patients to sign up for services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential patients in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection.
- A reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.
- Ability to work USA hours (EST), Mon - Fri, from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST time.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in an outbound sales or call centre environment.
- Experience in healthcare or dental services.
