HireHawk is hiring an Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to build and activate the top-of-funnel sales pipeline. Your mission is to create conversations with the right prospects and convert them into booked meetings for our Business Development team.
What You'll Do
- Research and build targeted lead lists based on industry, company size, and decision-makers.
- Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools to source and identify ideal customer profiles.
- Perform consistent daily outbound activity, conducting high-volume cold calls to decision-makers.
- Send personalized email and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
- Handle objections confidently and follow up persistently to drive engagement.
- Book qualified meetings and schedule discovery calls for the Business Development team.
- Confirm meetings, reduce no-shows, and ensure prospects are properly briefed.
- Track daily outreach metrics (calls, emails, connects, bookings) and update the CRM.
- Maintain clean lead stages and optimize strategies based on performance data.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation, including booking meetings for a sales team.
- Comfortable making 60–100+ calls per day and handling objections professionally.
- Experience using prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working U.S. hours.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services is a strong plus.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the Philippines.
