First American is hiring an Outbound Inside Sales Representative to connect with existing customers and prospects, selling home warranty products through a consultative approach. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, crafting solutions, and achieving sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Take inbound or make outbound calls to existing customers and prospects.
- Determine each customer's home protection needs and craft the best solution.
- Use a consultative sales approach to educate customers on our solutions.
- Win customers over and provide the ultimate customer experience on every conversation.
- Exceed established sales and commission goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of recent and continuous sales experience.
- Driven by earning potential in an uncapped commission environment.
- Longevity and a strong history of award-winning sales success.
- Uncompromising integrity and passion for customer experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial, insurance, mortgage, telecom, or admissions phone sales preferred.
