Impact Clients is looking for an Ops Systems Specialist to be a hands-on systems builder. You will thrive on creating scalable operational infrastructure, designing and optimizing CRMs, automation workflows, and dashboards that directly support revenue operations and company growth.
What You'll Do
- Help manage and maintain our CRM system, such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
- Support the creation and upkeep of dashboards and reports in Google Sheets to track sales and performance.
- Assist with setting up and monitoring simple automations using tools like Zapier or Make.
- Keep company data organized and accurate across systems.
- Help troubleshoot workflow issues and support improvements to existing processes.
- Work with the team to improve efficiency and streamline internal operations.
What We're Looking For
- Some experience working with business tools such as CRMs, spreadsheets, or automation platforms.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets for formulas, basic dashboards, and data organization.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on keeping data accurate.
- Able to follow processes and work independently when needed.
- Interested in learning how operational systems and workflows work inside a growing company.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, or Notion.
- Exposure to automation tools like Zapier or Make.
- Experience supporting operations, sales, or marketing teams.
- Curiosity about improving processes and systems.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $2,000 – $3,000 USD/month
