Plane is looking for an Operations Specialist - Payment to own customer onboarding and ensure payment documentation is correct and collected efficiently. What You'll Do
- Onboard customers onto our payment platform.
- Ensure payment documentation required by banking partners is correct and collected in a timely manner.
- Work closely with support teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Check for documentation errors and work with the customer to resolve them quickly.
- Work daily with banking partners, payments processors, and customers to assure the efficiency of the payments systems.
- Contact banks and partners to resolve issues and ensure customer compliance.
- Monitor day-to-day documentation requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with financial documentation compliance, including familiarity with CDD and KYC.
- Experience at a fast-growing company.
- Excellent communication skills.
- No task too menial; roll up sleeves and get things done.
- Ability to work within the UTC+0 to UTC-8 time zone.
Nice to Have
- Experience and desire to work in a distributed environment.
- Work experience in payment, accounting, or finance.
- Work experience in customer verification and compliance documentation.

- Salary: $55,000 to $62,000 + equity.
