Applied Intuition is hiring an Operations Lead - ADAS to spearhead the deployment of advanced driver-assistance systems. You will lead customer programs from site readiness and vehicle integration through daily testing and validation, bridging cutting-edge technology with safe on-road execution to help OEMs scale toward higher levels of autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Lead ADAS deployments by managing operational readiness, vehicle integration, and test execution for SDS-powered ADAS programs with OEM partners.
- Operationalize validation by establishing workflows for real-world testing, data collection, and system performance monitoring.
- Drive partner collaboration by working directly with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering teams to align program milestones.
- Ensure safety and compliance by implementing safety protocols and testing best practices that meet regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Scale operational playbooks by developing repeatable global frameworks for ADAS operations across regions and vehicle platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience leading on-road ADAS or autonomy testing programs, ideally involving OEM or Tier-1 partnerships.
- Proven ability to launch, scale, and manage complex technical operations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of ADAS features and the workflows required to validate and deploy them.
- Strong communicator who can bridge between technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining safety processes in high-stakes operational environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with end-to-end neural network ADAS architectures or next-gen autonomy stacks.
- Background working directly with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers on ADAS development or deployment.
- Familiarity with simulation and validation tools for ADAS/AV testing.
- Knowledge of functional safety and regulatory standards.
- Exposure to scaling ADAS programs across global test sites or vehicle platforms.
