This role is central to maintaining operational clarity and partnership effectiveness within a growing healthcare and life sciences organization. As the Operations Coordinator, you will ensure that partnership workflows run smoothly by managing data integrity, tracking action items, and supporting communication across teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep CRM records up to date, accurately logging partnership interactions, follow-ups, and milestones.
- Track sales pipelines and ongoing discussions, identifying delays or risks before they escalate.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics with healthcare providers and blood centers.
- Respond to routine partner inquiries related to scheduling, documentation, and operational requirements.
- Support partner communications through Intercom, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Review meeting recordings to capture decisions, action items, and next steps.
- Update shared documentation based on evolving project needs and meeting outcomes.
- Prepare post-meeting materials and documentation packages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Log key insights with clear owners and deadlines in internal systems.
- Maintain the organization’s Notion workspace, ensuring information is structured, current, and easy to access.
- Develop and manage trackers for projects, launches, and partnerships to maintain visibility.
- Improve templates, workflows, and documentation as the organization scales.
- Identify missing data, outdated records, or stalled tasks and initiate corrective actions.
- Handle various operational tasks that arise in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Support new market entries through onboarding, documentation, and coordination.
- Assist with vendor logistics and administrative needs as required.
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements to enhance team productivity.

Work Environment
