As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth for a company focused on innovative work solutions. This is a fully remote position operating on US hours, offering flexibility and long-term career potential.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to new and current clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to identify sales opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and match them with relevant offerings to build qualified leads.
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations and follow-up meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records by managing contacts and pipelines in a CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure lead generation supports broader sales goals.
- Design and manage customer feedback surveys, then analyze and report findings.
- Handle initial customer questions and concerns, providing clear and timely responses.
- Complete various administrative duties as needed to support team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree or certificate from an accredited program.
- At least one year of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher).
- Proficiency in phone, email, and instant messaging outreach.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively.
- Comfort using technology such as CRM platforms, VoIP systems, desktop sharing tools, and cloud-based services.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Calendar, and online scheduling tools.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and confident in independent problem-solving.
- Ability to work overnight shifts aligned with US business hours.
