Renuity is hiring a Field Recruiter (Temp to Perm)-Charlotte

This role is ideal for a motivated recruiter with experience in high-volume talent acquisition. As a Field Recruiter, you’ll manage the full hiring lifecycle for field operations, working closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates across a national footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for field positions, from intake through offer onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with hiring teams to understand workforce needs and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet role requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and support hiring decisions
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for every candidate
  • Keep applicant tracking systems up to date with accurate candidate records
  • Represent the organization at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a high-volume setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Experience in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus
