Banorte seeks an Operations Contracts Analyst B to provide Document Custody support to the Contracts, Brokerage Operational Support, Controllership, and Audit areas for both the Brokerage House and the Bank. You will also be responsible for preparing executive presentations and conducting Operational Reconciliations.
What You'll Do
- Administer and control incoming and outgoing document pouches.
- Digitize documents and manage their physical archiving.
- Perform reconciliations for banking and brokerage operations.
- Integrate client files and support client inquiries.
- Propose improvements for existing processes.
- Develop performance metrics and create dashboards in Power BI.
- Develop macros and analyze databases.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative fields; degree certificate required.
- 1 year of experience in areas such as Archives, Administrative tasks, Brokerage operations, or Signature Verification.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Databases, macro development and implementation).
- Intermediate Word and advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience with tools like Power Apps and the SAP platform.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
