Responsibilities

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of local healthcare systems, electronic medical records, clinical pathways, and prior authorization processes, using an account-focused approach to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Leverage sales analytics tools to interpret performance trends and integrate customer insights to uncover growth opportunities in dynamic markets.
  • Utilize social media platforms to gather customer feedback and inform tactical strategies that enhance engagement and service delivery.
  • Adapt seamlessly between in-person and digital interactions, applying non-personal promotional tools strategically to deliver tailored customer experiences.
