Spreedly is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. This role is pivotal in managing high-volume HR transactions, serving as a primary point of contact, and supporting continuous improvement of our people processes.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contingent workers.
Process HR and staffing-related transactions via centralized mailbox and HR systems.
Provide timely processing of HR and staffing invoices.
Address employee and HR team inquiries effectively and professionally.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the broader HR team with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Customer Service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer service mindset with ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
High level of personal integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.

Nice to Have

Some college or insurance-related experience.
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
