EX Squared is hiring an Onboarding Specialist (Remote - US)

About the Role

Spreedly is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. This role is pivotal in managing high-volume HR transactions, serving as a primary point of contact, and supporting continuous improvement of our people processes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contingent workers.
  • Process HR and staffing-related transactions via centralized mailbox and HR systems.
  • Provide timely processing of HR and staffing invoices.
  • Address employee and HR team inquiries effectively and professionally.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the broader HR team with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Customer Service.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service mindset with ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • High level of personal integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.

Nice to Have

  • Some college or insurance-related experience.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
