Spreedly is looking for a D365 CRM Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of our Dynamics 365 solutions. This remote role based in India is pivotal for shaping our business-critical applications, ensuring seamless integrations, and driving innovation with Microsoft technologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of D365 CRM projects, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.
- Lead the development of integrated solutions based on business needs and technology requirements.
- Review and analyze existing systems, datasets, and user requirements to design effective solutions.
- Configure and develop CRM Dynamics and .NET technology-based solutions.
- Establish and maintain standards for project deliverables.
- Oversee migration, integration, and deployment of D365 line-of-business applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the delivery cycle.
- Lead project teams through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Provide architectural oversight, issue resolution, and documentation for data migration, integration, and security models.
- Manage DevOps work items and daily scrum sessions to ensure smooth delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience with CE/CRM and at least 15 medium/large-scale implementations.
- Proven technical architecture expertise in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, Office 365, and Azure Data Factory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and multicultural, multi-time zone collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments and deliver results with limited direction.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring team members and guiding their career development.
Nice to Have
- Current Dynamics 365 CE certifications are highly desirable.
