Mary’s Meals International is looking for a Partnerships Officer to play a key role in enhancing the long-term financial sustainability and growth of our organization. You will focus on providing support through the grant cycle, specifically on grant reporting and proposals to existing donors, and on creating stewardship materials for corporate partnerships and high-net-worth donors.
What You'll Do
- Write high-quality proposals and reports to a range of major donors, including corporate bodies, HNW individuals, trusts, and foundations.
- Support the Partnerships Manager to research, coordinate, and develop strategic philanthropic giving opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to funding relationship managers within the MMI Partnerships team and across the Mary’s Meals network in developing relationships and influential networks.
- Develop compelling written stories, resources, and materials to support the communication and impact of our work.
- Work with the Partnerships team to support and coordinate effective organizational systems and processes for the completion of funding pitches, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct effective due diligence checks on existing donors and ensure procedures are in place for all partners.
- Maintain a global pipeline of existing donors, with the opportunity to uplift and cultivate these relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and coordinating contributions across all parts of the organization.
- Relevant experience designing and developing compelling funding proposals and reports.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor your approach to a variety of audiences.
- Confident in communications and ability to engage in a variety of interactions with colleagues across the movement.
Team & Environment
You will work alongside other team members, supporting the Partnerships Manager and funding relationship managers.

- Minimum of 34 days annual leave (pro-rated for part time) including bank holidays, increasing by 1 day each completed calendar year, to a maximum of 39 days (+ option to buy another week).

Compensation for UK-based candidates is £30,170 plus benefits. Salary depends on candidate location.

This is a remote position open to candidates in the UK, Malawi, Zambia, Liberia, Kenya, Spain, Italy, Canada, and Ireland.
