RemoteVA PH is hiring a Zoho One CRM & Automation Specialist to centralize, simplify, and optimize our business operations. In this role, you will leverage technology and innovation to drive efficiency, improve data accuracy, and enhance client satisfaction within the Zoho One ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Audit, clean, and deduplicate data within Zoho CRM (Contacts, Accounts, Deals) for accuracy and consistency.
Implement AI-powered tools for ongoing data hygiene and enrichment.
Design and implement automated workflows in Zoho CRM, focusing on the Deals & Leads modules.
Streamline lead-to-deal conversion and create task automation to reduce manual input.
Build customized dashboards for real-time visibility of company KPIs and sales performance.
Develop branded customer portals for borrowers and clients to centralize documentation and communication.
Incorporate AI-driven tools to enhance customer interactions and support.
Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq) into a seamless, scalable platform.

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books).
Strong background in workflow automation, CRM customization, and system integrations.
Familiarity with AI tools and features within Zoho (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
