About the Role

Spreedly is hiring a Business Development Specialist to drive growth by generating leads, building pipelines, and developing client relationships. You will focus on the BPO, customer support, and data annotation sectors, engaging with decision-makers in the US and UK markets and leveraging your understanding of regional business etiquette and procurement processes.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and target high-potential B2B leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and industry databases.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and evolving demands in BPO, customer support, and AI data annotation services.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through email campaigns, cold outreach, and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored content like case studies and whitepapers that showcase expertise.
  • Explore and establish alternative sales channels, including industry events, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to generate long-term business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of US/UK business culture and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
  • Analytical mindset and strong communication skills for cross-cultural engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in BPO, customer support, or data annotation markets.
  • MBA.
