The LEGO Group is offering an Office Trainee – Administration role designed to build a career in a global company. You will develop competencies across various areas and gain a broad understanding of how a large corporation operates. You'll be part of a small administrative team within the Facility department, with tasks evolving alongside your development.
What You'll Do
- Update internal SharePoint pages.
- Provide administrative support and financial follow-up on employee housing.
- Update waiting lists for employee housing.
- Share relevant information internally within the department.
- Handle small purchases, create purchase orders, and follow up on financial status.
- Book and coordinate meetings.
- Handle internal and external inquiries from various partners.
- Perform BBR registration in connection with construction projects.
- Follow up on building-related master data.
- Administer external access cards.
- Register rental properties and perform financial follow-up.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Meet the admission requirements for the office trainee program with a specialty in administration.
- If you have a high school diploma (HF, STX, HTX), it must be supplemented with a 5-week 'EUD-student uddannelsesretning kontor' before starting.
- A HHX or a mercantile EUX meets the admission requirement.
- Skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to create structure, maintain overview, and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to develop yourself and learn new skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite 365, especially Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and TEAMS.
- A service-minded and positive attitude towards colleagues and customers.
- Eye for developing work processes.
- Courage for a dynamic everyday life where flexibility is key, and priorities can change at short notice.

You will join a small administrative team within a larger Facility department. The team is part of the Workplace Solutions & Operation department, which has broad responsibility areas including building maintenance, construction projects in Billund, internal transport, housing administration, and waste & energy management.
