TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods was looking for an OEM Partner Manager

TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is looking for an OEM Partner Manager to own the relationship with industry-leading partners such as Motorola, ZTE, and TCL. You will be a key contributor to the device roadmap strategy, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to bring OEM products and strategies to market.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, implement, and optimize device roadmap strategies that exceed customer expectations and meet profitability targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with OEM partners to identify device and program opportunities which strategically align for TELUS.
  • Examine financial data, demand trends, and industry dynamics to identify new opportunities for TELUS and OEM partners.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Sales, Product, Marketing, Planning, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to enable end-to-end solutions across sales channels.
  • Lead negotiations with OEM partners across device launch term-sheets, marketing funding, in-store merchandising, device pricing, and Master Purchase Agreements.
  • Lead product team discussions with research and data by asking the hard questions that spark better thinking, tighter focus, and bigger impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar post-secondary degree in business or marketing.
  • 4+ years leading strategic product or partner negotiations.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a 7-person team, partnering with 100+ team members across other functions. You will report to the Manager of Partner, Forecasting and Realisation, supported by the Director of Mobile Devices as part of the Chief Product Office (CPO).
