Blackbird Health is seeking a contract Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based evaluations and treatment. Under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will focus on emotional regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, and daily activities, contributing to innovative, interdisciplinary care models.
What You'll Do
- Complete a minimum of 6 occupational therapy evaluations per week (60-minute direct service with 30-minute documentation).
- Identify candidates for short-term, focused OT treatment programs and conduct 30-minute treatment sessions as clinically indicated.
- Participate in weekly team meetings (approximately 30 minutes per week).
- Maintain a clinical schedule with a combination of morning and evening evaluation times (8–10 am and 3–7 pm) and weekday/weekend availability.
- Primarily focus on weekday evaluations after 3 pm EST and/or weekend evaluations.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
- Valid Pennsylvania state license in Occupational Therapy.
- At least two years of experience providing occupational therapy services in a pediatric or multidisciplinary setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with telehealth.

Benefits & Compensation
- Contract compensation: $45 - $55 USD.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. You can work remotely from Pennsylvania or from offices in Fort Washington, PA, Exton, PA, Langhorne, PA, King of Prussia, PA, or Doylestown, PA.
