At RELX, we are seeking a Nursing Education Program Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on implementing our Nursing & Health Education products into customer programs. You will outline plans, build timelines, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and ensure successful product adoption before transitioning accounts to the Customer Success Manager.
What You'll Do
- Establish training plans for Program Solution customers.
- Set Implementation schedule and timeline to fit account calendars.
- Track and maintain team deadlines for Implementation.
- Collaborate with internal partners to establish curriculum needs and deploy resources for successful program launch of Elsevier Digital products.
- Build account product usage tools to establish a framework of Elsevier digital products and their use within the curriculum.
- Identify “at-risk” customers and collaborate to give insight into action plans.
- Implement the plan for Program Solution accounts that holds accountable the faculty and program administration for a product optimization plan ready for hand-off to the Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
- Manage Curriculum Solution process tracking to completion.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Project Coordination, Customer Success, Customer Service, or other customer-facing roles.
- The ability to work autonomously with above-average skills in self-learning, prioritization, organization, and time management.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a proven track record of success.
- Excellent collaborative skills and a teamwork orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple formats via phone, email, webinar, and in person.
- A consistent ability to meet deadlines.
- A high-energy, positive, “can-do” attitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Nursing Education in higher education.
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
Team & Environment
This role works cross-functionally with internal partners and the sales team.
Benefits & Compensation
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $74,900 - $124,700.
