As a Nursing Education Program Implementation Specialist, you will lead the rollout of digital learning solutions within nursing programs, ensuring seamless adoption and integration into academic curricula. Your primary responsibility is to design and manage customized implementation timelines that align with institutional calendars, while coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders to support a successful launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training and onboarding plans for academic clients using digital education platforms.
- Create and maintain implementation schedules tailored to each program’s academic cycle.
- Monitor team progress against project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all implementation tasks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to assess curriculum requirements and deploy necessary resources for product integration.
- Build tools and frameworks that track product usage and support effective adoption across nursing programs.
- Identify clients at risk of low engagement and help develop corrective action strategies.
- Establish accountability structures for faculty and administrators to ensure product optimization prior to handoff.
- Oversee the end-to-end curriculum solution process, ensuring full implementation before transitioning to Customer Success teams.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong self-direction, with proven abilities in time management, organization, and independent learning. Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities are essential, along with a consistent record of achieving goals in collaborative environments. You should be comfortable communicating through phone, email, webinars, and in-person interactions, consistently meet deadlines, and bring a proactive, positive mindset to every project.
Preferred Background
- Experience in nursing education within higher education institutions.
- 1–2 years in roles involving sales, project coordination, customer success, or client service.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
Work Environment
This is a remote position with flexibility to work from any location. The role requires project management precision and strong cross-functional collaboration using digital tools. You will support clients nationwide while working within a structured yet adaptive implementation framework.
Compensation & Benefits
The U.S. national base salary range is $78,800 – $131,300, with a slightly adjusted range for Ohio at $74,900 – $124,700; geographic adjustments may apply. An annual incentive bonus is included.
