We are seeking a reliable inventory clerk to oversee daily inventory operations in Sunnyvale, CA. The successful candidate will ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, shipments, and supply movements through careful recordkeeping and close collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and update inventory records, including quantities and product types
- Process and verify purchase orders and invoices for correctness
- Support receiving operations by checking incoming and outgoing shipments against inventory counts
- Assist in regular inventory audits in coordination with the finance department
- Prepare stock for order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system data
- Receive, unpack, and distribute goods as needed
- Restock shelves, organize storage areas, and apply proper labeling
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
