Klabin is seeking a Nurse to join our Surgical Center team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and executing nursing activities, ensuring the quality of care, patient safety, and strict compliance with established protocols.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage material and human resources in operating rooms.
- Ensure proper preparation of the operating room, team, and necessary materials.
- Supervise and/or perform verification of surgical materials and instruments.
- Receive, identify, and position surgical patients according to the institution's established protocols.
- Monitor the application of biosafety and infection control norms throughout the surgical process.
- Provide direct patient care during the intraoperative period.
- Intervene in emergencies, performing appropriate actions in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Actively participate in meetings, training, and internal and external audits.
- Accurately record information in the patient's electronic or physical record.
- Collaborate with the medical and multidisciplinary team to ensure surgical safety.
- Supervise and guide nursing technicians and assistants in their activities.
- Apply checklist verification when handing over an organ to be transplanted.
- Perform documentation verification upon receipt of organs to be transplanted.
- Apply the safe surgery checklist.
What We're Looking For
- Nursing degree with an active registration at COREN.
- Post-graduation specialization in Surgical Center and Sterile Processing Department.
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: R$ 6,000.00 to R$ 6,100.00.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role, based at either the HOSPITAL SANCTA MAGGIORE SANTA CECÍLIA or the HOSPITAL SANCTA MAGGIORE MADRID.
