About the Role

TPG Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Night Auditor to serve as a crucial member of our hotel staff. You will oversee all financial and administrative activities during the night shift, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent guest service. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do

  • Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests during the night shift.
  • Process check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservations and room assignments.
  • Handle phone calls, take messages, and provide information to guests.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions and guest interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
  • Compile and distribute daily reports to management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in charges and payments.
  • Prepare and balance daily revenue reports for room, food and beverage, and other streams.
  • Post charges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts.
  • Perform end-of-day reconciliation and close financial transactions in the property management system.
  • Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
  • Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches.

What We're Looking For

  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
