Hotel Equities is hiring a Night Auditor for Teddy's Residential Suites in New Town, ND. This overnight shift role (11 PM–7 AM) is often the first point of contact and first impression for our guests, requiring warm, knowledgeable service throughout the night.

What You'll Do

Check guests in and out, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in per local legislative requirements.
Answer phones and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns promptly.
Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
Record guest preferences in the system.
Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures.
Issue, control, and release guest safe-deposit boxes.
Resolve any late or disputed charges at checkout.
Take action to solve guest problems using appropriate service recovery guidelines.
Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management for follow-up.
Routinely book guest reservations, process cancellations, and information updates.
Follow established hotel safety protocols and report any incidents or concerns immediately.
Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure service quality.
Perform other duties as assigned, including guest room tours and concierge services.

What We're Looking For

High School diploma, Secondary qualification, or equivalent.
Experience with front desk processes and brand standards.
Ability to frequently stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills to operate property management and reservations systems.
Passion for people and service with strong communication skills.
Effective reading, writing, and basic math skills for paperwork and financial transactions.
Problem-solving, reasoning, and training abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
