Aperture Hotels is hiring a Night Auditor to be a key part of our guest relations team. You will manage all overnight guest interactions, from check-in to inquiries, while running essential night audit reports to ensure operational accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Perform all aspects of Guest Relations including the check-in and check-out process
- Handle all guest inquiries and provide recommendations for things to do and places to eat
- Make or modify reservations
- Run night audit reports
- Ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests throughout their stay
- Occasionally clean or assist other departments as needed
What We're Looking For
- Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- A High School Diploma or GED
Nice to Have
- An AA or Bachelor's Degree
- Work experience in Customer Service within the Hospitality Field
- Experience with hotel operation systems
