Aperture Hotels is hiring a Night Auditor to manage guest relations during overnight hours. This role is responsible for the check-in/out process, handling inquiries, managing reservations, and running essential night audit reports to ensure a seamless guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Perform all aspects of Guest Relations, including the check-in and check-out process
- Handle all guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local activities and dining
- Make or modify guest reservations
- Run night audit reports
- Ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all guests
- Occasionally assist with cleaning or support other departments as needed
What We're Looking For
- Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice to Have
- AA or Bachelor's Degree
- Work experience in Customer Service within the Hospitality Field
- Experience with hotel operation systems
