Under Canvas is hiring a Night Auditor to be the cornerstone of our camp operations overnight. This critical role combines guest hospitality with accounting duties, ensuring a seamless and memorable outdoor experience for all visitors. Your mission is to provide exceptional service so guests can relax and connect with family, friends, and nature.
What You'll Do
- Maintain composure and a solutions-minded approach in unpredictable situations like weather or guest incidents.
- Greet and check in guests at reception, showcasing camp amenities and activities.
- Confidently take action, assist others, and make sound decisions with minimal direction.
- Respond to guest needs with a love of the outdoors and a commitment to high service standards.
- Use camp knowledge and listening skills to predict and respond to guest needs throughout their stay.
- Provide clear, accurate, complete, and timely communication.
- Eagerly seek opportunities to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Learn and share knowledge of local culture, activities, and adventures.
- Reconcile accounting ledgers, make accounting adjustments, process credit cards, and prepare billing.
- Collaborate and interact professionally with guests and co-workers.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of two years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in hospitality or hotels.
