AccorHotel is looking for a Night Auditor to join our team, ensuring compliance with established processes while providing excellent service to our guests. You will be responsible for overnight front desk operations, maintaining our brand standards of hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests at the counter or by phone, providing information and clarifications throughout their stay.
- Check reservations, verify required documents, register guests in the system, and deliver room keys.
- Perform guest check-outs, close invoices, receive payments, and prepare relevant files.
- Ensure compliance with all reception and billing procedures.
- Carry out basic emergency procedures and contact responsible parties for issues like power outages or leaks.
- Perform computer backup and server procedures.
- Mediate guest conflicts and communicate any anomalies or problems to your immediate superior.
- Enter customer reservation information accurately into the system.
- Offer, score, and operate the loyalty program according to established standards.
- Generate invoices, issue bank receipts, and forward documentation to the Administration department.
- Perform shift handovers following strict pre-established procedures.
- Answer the telephone following brand standards.

- Experience in Hospitality and functions related to the job description.
- Handling of Opera Cloud.
