Zoetis US LLC is looking for a NextGen Intern to join our team for a summer position. You will contribute to a large-scale business transformation project, focusing on areas such as SAP, Ariba, and other innovative technology. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting critical program functions.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including demos, FAQs, and e-learning content.
- Support the development of training schedules and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
- Gather feedback from trainers to improve training programs and materials.
- Assist with the development and distribution of internal communications, including newsletters, briefing decks, social media postings, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure clear and consistent messaging across the program.
- Provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring program activities.
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Collaborate with team to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in data validation, cleansing, and analysis to ensure data integrity.
- Support the development of reports and dashboards using program tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to data tools and systems within the appropriate environments.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and issue trackers.
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
- Generate regular reports on project status, risks, and issues.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
