The SITS Group is seeking a New Business Sales Manager (m/w/d) to own and lead the entire sales process for a customer portfolio. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building long-term business relationships within the IT security sector, working interdisciplinarily between customers, marketing, and project management.

What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in outside sales within the ICT environment.
- A completed degree in computer science or equivalent IT training combined with sales knowledge.
- High business acumen and the ability to convincingly present products and services.
- A customer-oriented, reliable, and committed attitude with strong drive and passion.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Strong affinity for IT and technology.
- A valid car driver's license and willingness to travel.
