Xometry is hiring an Account Manager, Italian Market

About the Role

Xometry is looking for an Account Manager, Italian Market to develop stable, repetitive sales within specific industries and geographies. You will build lasting customer relationships, manage the complete sales cycle, and contribute to the company's growth in Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Work with incoming warm leads, support them, and develop lasting relationships.
  • Create and manage a customer portfolio to build ongoing collaboration.
  • Develop an opportunity pipeline within a specific industry and/or geography.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact and inquiry through to order receipt and ensuring repetitive order flow.
  • Maintain customer contact at all project stages as the primary point of contact.
  • Accurately and regularly reflect the sales process in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • Native Italian speaker.
  • Working proficiency in English.
  • A successful sales track record in industries such as Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or 3D printing.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Enjoys sales activities and supporting people.
  • Ready and willing to work in a dynamic startup environment.
  • An empathetic person who can build lasting business relationships and works proactively in a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and determination to achieve goals.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, or injection moulding.
  • An IT and digitalisation enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software.

Compensation consists of a monthly salary depending on individual qualification and experience.
