Valor Software is scaling our Ride-Hailing platform across the DACH region and is looking for a Business Development Executive to join us on a contractor basis. This role is for ambitious sales professionals with experience in SaaS, mobility, or business transformation to work independently, drive growth, and shape the future of ride-hailing technology.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business with operators, fleets, and mobility partners
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across DACH
- Represent Valor Software at industry and mobility events
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in SaaS, ride-hailing, or transformation
- Strong track record of delivering results and exceeding targets
- Native or fluent German and strong English communication skills
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and able to operate effectively as a contractor or consultant
