LiveAboard.com BV is hiring a Customer Support Executive to be based in Mexico. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers and prepare guests for their upcoming adventures. You will assist guests in organizing their trip, liaise between guests and partners, and deliver an outstanding experience that drives satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Assist guests in finding, booking, and organizing their perfect trip, offering expert guidance and recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between guests and partners, ensuring seamless communication.
- Provide important information to guests and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
- Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the order process.
- Work independently as a remote team member and collaborate within your team to meet performance targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests and partners, fostering trust and loyalty.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Fluent in English with clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Active advanced proficiency in German.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Diving certification or experience specifically in the dive industry.
- Experience in travel industry, in connection with cruise and liveaboards.
