CoreX was looking for a Dutch + English Customer Care Specialist (Remote - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia)

CoreX is looking for a Dutch + English Customer Care Specialist to provide support for innovative smart energy-saving technology. You will act as the link between customers and our products, handling inquiries, billing, and app troubleshooting while sharing customer feedback.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver support via email, chat, and phone with a friendly, helpful tone.
  • Educate customers about products and services and resolve issues proactively.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer queries using a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Stay current with product updates as smart home energy solutions evolve quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback.
  • Share customer insights that can improve products and the service experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, or Serbia.
  • Fluent in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in a multichannel environment.
  • Compassionate, a great communicator, and empathetic.
  • Curious, analytical, and a problem-solver.
  • Comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously, including different CRMs and ticketing systems.
  • Willing to keep up with constant change and learning in a startup environment.
  • Interest in sustainability and smart home technology.
