Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix operating system problems on workstations independently
- Troubleshoot and resolve all types of printer malfunctions without supervision
- Address and correct issues with standard office software applications autonomously
- Support common line-of-business software like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks, using vendor help when needed for specialized systems
- Handle fundamental server-related problems with minimal or no external support
- Solve elementary networking issues independently
- Respond to incoming technical support requests via the Quick Fix phone line
- Take part in a rotating on-call schedule to assist with off-hours and weekend support for remote and on-site operations
