Position Overview
This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) in the Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and Wyoming, MI regions. Using a mix of in-person visits, virtual meetings, and digital platforms, the specialist delivers accurate, science-based information about central nervous system (CNS) therapies and related patient care practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage HCPs through structured, compliant interactions to discuss product use, access, and clinical guidance.
- Coordinate and lead speaker programs to support knowledge exchange among medical professionals.
- Connect providers with appropriate internal resources when needed, such as customer support teams.
- Collect and share local market insights with leadership to guide strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies based on real-world feedback.
- Organize forums for local providers to discuss treatment outcomes and clinical experiences.
- Ensure all communications align with regulatory standards and company compliance policies.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales and a proven ability to communicate complex clinical data clearly. A minimum of four years in HCP-facing sales roles is preferred, particularly with multi-product portfolios. Residency within 50 miles of the primary territory is required. A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record are necessary due to regional travel needs.
Preferred candidates will have background in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD therapeutics, and experience supporting product launches or new indications. The ideal candidate thrives in evolving environments and demonstrates strong ethical judgment in all business activities.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $107,362 to $166,750, with additional incentive opportunities. Some overnight travel may be required based on territory demands.
