Serves as the primary liaison for designated providers and groups to establish, manage, and sustain positive relationships by addressing complex matters involving policies, procedures, contractual language, service, claims, compensation, and educational requirements. • Enhances interactions with assigned providers and internal partners to develop and sustain productive, professional connections. • Conducts periodic meetings with key Providers to ensure service quality meets expectations. • Engages internal stakeholders to resolve provider-related challenges, optimize processes, and elevate overall provider engagement. • Supports network expansion by identifying and recruiting providers aligned with organizational strategic objectives. • Facilitates contracting processes through negotiating terms, fee structures, reimbursement rates, and contractual arrangements. • Develops provider education initiatives by organizing meetings, webinars, and training sessions to enhance understanding of organizational requirements. • Manages provider-related concerns and disputes to maintain positive relationships and ensure contractual compliance. • Supports operational activities including database management and contract coordination. • Performs limited credentialing support functions. • Coordinates meeting agendas, validates materials, and facilitates external provider discussions. • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem resolution, and analytical skills. • Executes additional assigned responsibilities. Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years healthcare work experience • 3+ years Managed Care & Medicare business segment experience servicing providers • Comprehensive understanding of business segment, product lines, and terminology • Travel within designated territory 30-50% of time • Must reside in Central Florida (Orlando area) or Northeast Florida (Jacksonville area) Preferred Qualifications • Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and technological platforms Education • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional work experience and education combination Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range $54,300.00 - $119,340.00 This pay range represents base compensation for positions within this job grade. Actual salary depends on experience, education, geography, and relevant factors. Position eligible for additional CVS Health bonus programs.
