As the Product Analytics Team Lead, you will guide both people and insights. You’ll directly contribute to analytical projects while mentoring a growing team of analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and a strong data-driven culture across product and business functions.
What You'll Do
You’ll lead end-to-end analysis of user behavior, including funnel, cohort, and A/B testing evaluation, to uncover drivers behind KPI shifts. You’ll translate business questions into analytical requirements, design experiments, and deliver clear, actionable insights to product and marketing leaders.
You’ll own the analytics backlog and collaborate closely with data engineering to ensure scalable, reliable data infrastructure. This includes defining metric standards, maintaining dashboard integrity, and leading migration efforts for core data platforms.
As a people leader, you’ll set goals, conduct regular 1:1s, and support professional development for your team. You’ll foster a culture of curiosity, critical thinking, and ownership—challenging assumptions and promoting rigorous analysis.
You’ll also build a robust marketing analytics framework covering LTV, CAC, attribution, and conversion funnels, enabling faster, more accurate performance evaluation across channels.
