SAP Software Solutions is looking for a Network Enablement Lead (NEL) to join our Business Applications and Technology organization. In this role, you will manage multiple customers who have purchased our SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) solution, with a core responsibility of enabling their suppliers on the SAP Ariba Network. You must demonstrate the ability to manage challenging projects deploying complex global supply chain transactions.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a strong customer focus and be accountable for customer satisfaction on your assigned projects.
- Interact with both buyer and supplier customers, providing education on the value of the Ariba Network and new technologies.
- Serve as an Ariba Network knowledge expert and communicate SCC opportunities that deliver business-impacting value.
- Facilitate reporting to internal and external customers on project initiative progress.
- Identify issues, potential risks, and opportunities, working autonomously to address, escalate, or hand them over as needed.
- Be accountable for executing against the project timeline while meeting customer goals.
- Use AI tools to streamline and transform initiatives and processes.
- Understand and comply with work instructions, process documents, and technology tools, keeping internal systems current.
- Actively contribute to and facilitate continuous improvement and best practice efforts internally and externally.
- Build and maintain relationships across the organization to improve customer relationships and delivery services.
- Plan and execute meetings that drive results.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Ariba solutions and services.
- 3+ years in a Technology-based Account Management or Project Management role.
- 2+ years of experience with supply chain management principles and processes.
- 2+ years of experience with AP and Procurement processes and Buyer/Supplier interfaces.
- Experience using AI on transformation initiatives.
- 2+ years of Enterprise Business Applications experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IBM, MS Dynamics 365).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
- Experience preparing and delivering analyses and presentations.
