Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects from analysis to go-live
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions
- Design technical architectures tailored to client environments
- Configure NetSuite applications to meet specific operational workflows
- Develop custom scripts, workflows, and SuiteTalk integrations
- Conduct system testing and resolve technical issues
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for NetSuite usage
- Support data migration and integration with third-party systems
- Document technical designs and solution approaches
- Lead client training sessions and knowledge transfer activities
- Coordinate with project managers to maintain timelines and deliverables
- Ensure solutions comply with security and compliance standards
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Assist in pre-sales activities with technical demonstrations
- Evaluate client processes and recommend system improvements
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems in production environments
- Stay current with NetSuite platform updates and features
- Mentor junior team members on technical standards
- Participate in code and design reviews
- Integrate NetSuite with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs
- Develop and maintain integration documentation
