SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional customer support via email and chat for our technology clients. In this fully remote role, you will build positive relationships with customers while working in a multicultural environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Stay informed with current technology trends
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply modern customer service practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What We're Looking For
- Native Japanese and English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in crypto is a must
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience in crypto or finance
